What Virginia has learned from the advice of other states that have also gone through child welfare reform is the importance of regular and transparent communication. This workgroup will provide legislative and budgetary updates, education and outreach tools, and forums for discussion - and this is critical. The success and sustainability of the Transformation will require open and honest dialogue, and message sharing.
